BPO Review

Lets managers order multiple BPO opinions on one property, compare them side by side, request rework, and approve the final result.

What This Feature Can Do

  • Assign one or more BPO review requests on the same property
  • Compare values, comps, distances, and adjustments side by side
  • Request more information or send the report back for rework
  • Approve the final BPO and notify the agent

How To Use It

  1. Open the review from the asset or the BPO review page.
  2. Assign the property to the main agent and any outside agents you want for comparison.
  3. Use the summary and comparable review panel to compare the returned work before approving.

Best when

The property needs more than one BPO opinion or the manager wants stronger review control before acceptance.

What you will see

Side-by-side BPO comparisons, review notes, rework controls, and approval actions.

Watch for

Approval should happen only after the comparable selection, adjustments, and subject condition all make sense together.
