Public Opt-In Workflow Description

The SMS opt-in workflow for CowtownREO.com is account-based. A user must first have access to the platform, log in, open their profile, manually enter their mobile number, and affirmatively enable the text consent setting. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected.

This workflow is used for operational messages only. If a user does not enable the feature, the user will not be enrolled in operational text alerts.

Content, Records, and Documents
