- Company, requester, email, and phone should prefill from the user profile when available.
- Clients should not assign the BPO; assignment is internal or automated.
- Use the listing-opportunity path when the intake is more than a one-off BPO and should start a lead-style workflow.

A broker-direct client or internal coordinator needs to start a new valuation request.
