Creates a new BPO intake request with faster autofill and internal auto-assignment.

How To Use It

  1. Clients should use this as the first intake step.
  2. Company, requester, email, and phone should prefill from the user profile when available.
  3. Clients should not assign the BPO; assignment is internal or automated.
  4. Use the listing-opportunity path when the intake is more than a one-off BPO and should start a lead-style workflow.

Best when

A broker-direct client or internal coordinator needs to start a new valuation request.

What you will see

Property fields, contact details, request timing, and client-safe intake inputs with less manual entry.
